Step 02 - Pay Booking Deposit.
Upon request approval, drop by the parish office to pay Booking deposit by cash or cheque.

Step 03 - Sign Necessary Documents.

- Documentation for all parish-led and private events where alcohol is served
- Valid liquor permit
- Valid "Serving It Right" certificates for each person serving alcohol

Insurance
- License Agreement between Renter/User and RCAV
- Insurance certificate
- It must have a minimum coverage of $2 million.
- "Roman Catholic Archbishop of Vancouver" should be listed as additionally insured
Facility Description.
Our Parish Hall / Gym features a large, (48′ x 84′) air-conditioned, open space suitable for wedding receptions, art rehearsals, performances, craft and book sales, rummage sales, workshops, birthday parties, public meetings, receptions and of course, sporting events too! The Upper hall can be rented with or without the adjacent kitchen for catering large meetings, luncheons or dinners. A large, retractable screen and a ceiling mounted projector are also available for use. Users will need to bring in their own laptops. Tables and chairs are available for use with this space. The full-size gymnasium features hardwood floor, basketball nets, a stage with lighting, sound capabilities and equipment for basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball, badminton or just plain fun.
Suitable for:
Up to 280 persons seated banquet-style at round tables for a meal/reception
Up to 400 persons seated theatre-style
Up to 600 guests for a stand-up reception
Up to 25 exhibition booths (8’ x 10’) for Trade shows. Tables (6’ long x 2.5’ wide) are available for booths or displays.

plus $200 damage deposit

Facility Description LH
The Lower Hall is approximately 38′ wide x 60′ long (2280 sq. ft.). This room has played host to many bridal showers, birthday parties, family gatherings and can also function as a classroom. A large, retractable screen and a projector are also available for use. Users will need to bring in their own laptops. Chairs and tables are available at no extra cost.
Suitable for:
Up to 160 people theatre-style for weddings and services.
Up to 100 people in a classroom style for presentations and lectures.
Up to 120 people seated at round tables for a dinner.
